About: Just a girl. 19. University. Perfect boyfriend. Smart. But with a penchant for tragedy, self-destruction and far too many morbid fascinations.
ambedo n.

a kind of melancholic trance in which you become completely absorbed in vivid sensory details—raindrops skittering down a window, tall trees leaning in the wind, clouds of cream swirling in your coffee—which leads to a dawning awareness of the haunting fragility of life

There’s a name for and a description of that!? I had no idea.

Always remember that :)
If you and your SO put in the hard work of being in a LDR it will work!
Long distance relationships are hard. But you can get through that together<3
Someday you will be together! I don’t know if it would be tomorrow or 5 years from now but someday it will work out :)

It really bothers me when people who don’t struggle with an eating disorder say, ‘Wow, if you think you’re fat, what do you think about me?!’

beautythroughhealth:

I understand that there seems to be some morbid curiosity among many people who haven’t experienced an eating disorder (therefore they feel the need to probe sufferers about their perception of reality), but like, don’t make MY disorder about YOU.

My eating disorder is mine, and bears no reflection on how I view anyone else except myself.

I am willing to bet that on any given day, any one person with an eating disorder, whether anorexia, bulimia, ednos, or binge eating disorder, can relate to any given meme on this site. I don’t make them to poke fun, I make them to expose the totally illogical and ridiculous behaviors and activities we eating disordered individuals do on a daily basis. We are often self-centered, shameful, solitary, irrational, and competitive creatures. We lie, steal, cheat, hoard, and fake our way through life in order to protect our eating disorders. These memes are TRUTH. We can either sit and pretend that we don’t hide food wrappers or that we don’t compete with other girls or that we don’t take a million laxatives, but WE DO. Why not expose that? Why keep it a secret? If anything, keeping it a secret only worsens the shame of an eating disorder, not these silly memes.Eating Disorder Memes:
